Georgetown Records 14 Home Sales in September, Topped by $1.4 Million Condo Deal
Fourteen properties recorded deeds in Georgetown between Sept. 4 and Oct. 3, with seven of those transactions carrying a recorded sale price ranging from $370,000 to $1.4 million; the median was $739,000. The month's top sale was 41 Baldpate Rd., Lot 10, which sold for $1.4 million on Sept. 30 to Helping Hands Ministries Inc. North Street was the only street with more than one recorded transfer. Several other transactions appear to be transfers within the same family or into a trust, with a price not yet available for any of them. With prices still pending on half the period's sales, the full picture of September's market will take shape as registry data catches up.
