Georgetown Home Sales Span $330,000 to $1.13 Million in Late Summer
Georgetown recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 7 and Sept. 5, with 12 disclosing a sale price ranging from $330,000 to $1,131,000 and a median of $812,500. The month's top sale was a West Main Street condominium unit that sold for $1,131,000 to Lesley Crosby. Andover Street and Lake Shore Drive each logged two sales, and three transfers, on Spofford Street, Andover Street, and Beverly Drive, involved matching grantor and grantee surnames, consistent with family or trust transfers. Prices were spread fairly evenly across price tiers, with four sales each under $500,000, between $500,000 and $1 million, and above $1 million.
