Three Georgetown home sales top $1 million in August deed records
Georgetown recorded 15 property transfers between July 31 and Aug. 29, according to Essex County (Southern District) Registry of Deeds records. Of the 12 sales with disclosed prices, values ranged from $225,850 for a unit at 13 Larkspur Circle to $1,131,000 for a condominium at 206 W. Main St., with a median of $725,000. Three sales closed above $1 million: 206 W. Main St., 459 North St. and 113 Thurlow St. Lake Shore Drive saw four recorded transactions, more than any other street in the period. Three transfers, including a Moore family trust transfer and two same-name grantor-grantee deeds, involved no disclosed sale price.
