Georgetown Home Sale Prices Range From $370,000 To $1.21 Million In Late-Summer Deeds
Georgetown recorded 15 property transfers between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, with eight sales carrying a price so far, ranging from $370,000 to $1,212,500 and a median of $962,500. The month's top sale was 109 Thurlow St, Lot 78A, which sold for $1,212,500 on Sept. 8, with Brian E. Strunk selling to Pamela Argereow. Four of the eight priced sales closed at $1 million or above. Seven deeds, including several apparent family or trust transfers, do not yet show a recorded price. The dataset includes both condominium-unit and lot-based property transfers, with no square footage data available for comparison.
