Fifteen property deeds were recorded in Georgetown between July 10 and Aug. 8, but only six had a sale price recorded. Among those, prices ranged from $470,000 to $1,373,900, with a median of $857,250. The period's top sale was a $1,373,900 condominium unit at 206 W Main St. Unit 5, sold by Rock Pond Development LLC to Andrew G. Smith. Nine of the 15 deeds involved a seller transferring to a trust or the same name, none with a recorded price. With 60% of deeds withholding price data, the available figures offer only a partial picture of the local market this period.
