Georgetown Home Sales Span $225,850 to $950,000 in Four-Week Stretch
Fourteen Georgetown properties recorded deed transfers between July 17 and Aug. 15, per Essex County Registry of Deeds records. Seven sales disclosed a price, ranging from $225,850 to $950,000, with a median of $750,000. The period's top sale was 66 Parish Rd, Unit 8, which sold for $950,000 on Aug. 14, followed closely by 46 Jewett St at $949,500. The remaining seven transfers, exactly half the total, carried no disclosed price; all were trust, estate or same-family transactions, including four properties moved into named trusts. Jewett Street and Lake Shore Drive each saw two recorded transfers.
