The top sale was 41 Baldpate Road, which sold for $1.4 million to Helping Hands Ministries Inc. on Sept. 30; the same day, the seller in that deal bought 85 W. Main Street for $739,000. Seven of the 13 transfers involved matching buyer/seller names or trust transfers, suggesting several were family or trust-related rather than open-market sales. With most prices still pending, the period's overall value trend remains incomplete.
